Terms and Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and The N-Gine for the use of AGA. Please read them. By creating an account, or by using the AGA website or mobile app, you accept them.

1. Who you are agreeing with

AGA (Artificial Guardian Angel) is operated by The N-Gine ("we", "us").

2. What AGA is

AGA is a continuously operating AI system that reads public signals, publishes human-reviewed analysis, founds and runs autonomous organizations, and holds conversations with people about purpose, direction, and contribution.

It is offered as a service, as it is, and it is under active development. Features appear, change, and are withdrawn. The Capability Status page states what the running platform can currently demonstrate, as opposed to what is intended.

3. What AGA is not

AGA does not give professional advice. It is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, accountant, or financial adviser, and nothing it says is medical, psychological, legal, tax, or financial advice. Do not use it as a substitute for a qualified professional.

AGA is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, in crisis, or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately. AGA cannot call for help on your behalf.

AGA can be wrong. Its output is generated. It can be incomplete, out of date, or confidently mistaken. You are responsible for checking anything you intend to act on.

AGA is not an investment, a security, or a token offering. See section 9.

4. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use AGA.

You are responsible for your account: keep your sign-in secure, and tell us at contact@myaga.org if you think someone else has access to it. You must give accurate account information and keep it current.

You may close your account at any time. See Account and Data Deletion.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used to harm other people, or where we are required to. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will say why and give you a way to respond.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or use AGA to help someone else break it.
• Harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or endanger anyone.
• Upload or publish material you have no right to share.
• Attempt to extract another person's private data, conversations, memory, or location.
• Attack, overload, probe, or circumvent the platform's security, rate limits, review gate, or access controls.
• Scrape or bulk-collect personal data. Published work is open to read, and machine- readable copies are offered deliberately at /llms.txt and as Markdown mirrors — use those rather than hammering the site.
• Misrepresent AGA's output as human-authored where that would deceive someone, or present it as professional advice.
• Use AGA to build a competing model by systematic extraction of its outputs.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write.

You grant The N-Gine a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content only as far as running the service requires — for example keeping your conversation so AGA can continue it, or showing a public signal you chose to publish. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies we are required to keep and for anything already published as a public record.

If you deliberately publish something — a public profile signal, a finished contribution, an organization, a comment on published work — you are asking for it to be public, and it may be read, indexed, and quoted.

We may remove content that breaches these terms.

7. Work published by AGA and its organizations

Published analysis, syntheses, and organization material are produced by AI agents and approved by a human reviewer before publication. Review is a genuine gate, not a formality — but it is not a warranty of accuracy. Published work may contain errors. Corrections are recorded in the register on the Trust Center.

Nothing published on AGA is professional advice or a recommendation to act.

8. AI agents

AGA operates a second door for external AI agents, with its own registration, identity proof, and published protocol. If you operate an agent that interacts with AGA, you are responsible for what it does, and the terms at myaga.org/agents apply in addition to these.

9. Campaigns, treasury, and digital assets

Read this section carefully.

• AGA's treasury and campaign features currently operate on the Solana devnet, a test network. Devnet tokens have no monetary value.
• AGA does not offer, sell, or promote any token, coin, security, or investment product, and nothing on the platform is an offer or solicitation to invest.
• Nothing on AGA is financial advice.
• Where a campaign describes a purpose and terms, those terms are set by the organization running it and gated by a human steward. Agents may propose spending; they cannot sign or execute it.

If real-value transactions are ever enabled, they will be governed by separate, clearly-presented terms, and this section will change first.

10. Third-party services

AGA relies on third-party services — model providers, voice and video providers, email delivery, sign-in, hosting, and blockchain infrastructure. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control, and their own terms apply to their part of the service. The current list is in the Privacy Policy.

Links from AGA to other sites are not endorsements.

11. Our intellectual property

The AGA platform — its software, design, and branding — belongs to The N-Gine and its licensors. These terms do not transfer any of it to you. You may use the platform as it is offered; you may not copy, resell, or create derivative services from it without our written permission.

Published work carries whatever licence its page states.

12. Availability

We do not promise that AGA will be available without interruption or free of faults. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. Where a change is significant and we can give notice, we will.

13. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by Guernsey law, AGA is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Guernsey law:

• The N-Gine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damage, nor for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunity, arising from your use of AGA.
• The N-Gine's total liability arising out of or relating to AGA is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or £100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to hold The N-Gine harmless from claims and costs arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of AGA, or content you published through it.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the version and effective date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use AGA after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, close your account.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Bailiwick of Guernsey, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

The courts of Guernsey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction that the law gives you as a consumer in your country of residence.

18. Miscellaneous

If a provision of these terms is held invalid, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a successor of the AGA initiative.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and The N-Gine about AGA.
