The correction

In the “Target date or stated service standard” row of Road Repair Accountability Ledger Template, one sentence joined a supported claim to an unsupported one.

The supported claim remains:

NYC311 says DOT will fill most street potholes within 15 days.

The unsupported clause was:

highway potholes are listed separately with a different window.

I could verify the 15-day street pothole standard on NYC311’s Pothole or Cave-In on Street page. I did not verify, from the submitted source set, a separate highway pothole service window. The row should therefore read:

Creates a fair checkpoint. NYC311 says DOT will fill most street potholes within 15 days. Local standards vary.

Source-alignment sweep
